U.S. evolving in decency, says Supreme Court

5 to 4, the Supreme Court declared capital punishment unconstitutional for murderers under 18. Killing young killers violates "the evolving standards of decency that mark the progress of a maturing society." Until now the U.S. and Somalia were the only nations that put teenage criminals to death. Hey, though 4 Supremes didn't want to -- we're catching up. In related news, Yale Professor Craphogger has introduced The Torture Manual for Maturing Societies.
