Bookplanet: Andrea Dworkin dead

She was only 58, the famous feminist, anti-porn crusader, and married-to-a-gay-man lesbian. "One of the differences between marriage and prostitution is that in marriage you only have to make a deal with one man," Ms. Dworkin wrote in "Letters From a War Zone." Marriage, she added, "is a legal license to rape." Allen Ginsberg once said to her: "The right wants to put me in jail." She replied, "Yes, they're very sentimental; I'd kill you."
