Bush defends Wolfowitz appointment

"As President of the World Bank, Paul Wolfowitz will be able to bring to bear the full force of the Pentagon on countries who lag behind their debt payments," said President Bush. "Paul is a fine, decent, compassionate man, but there's nothing he hates more than not getting paid in full and on time by a deadbeat nation."
