Americaca: How a Minority Party could rule

Why don't African-Americans start their own party? If they did, they could really rule, because they would hold the swing vote in Congress, and the Democrats and the Republicans would have to court them for every vote. And if people of color gather together in their own party--African-Americans, Latinos, Indians, Asians--they would be a majority party in the not too distant future. The POC Party taking over from the Dems and the Reps--think about it. Instead of an elephant or a donkey, their symbol could be a human being.
