Three thoughts about the latest terror plot

1. This time it’s the Pakistanis. On 9/11 it was the Saudis. How come it’s our supposed friends -- and middleclass, college-educated guys at that -- who want to attack us?

2. My first thoughts when I heard about the plot were: Israel must make a deal with the Palestinians and give them their own state, even if it has to give up territory and displace more settlers, PRONTO. And we should get out of Iraq. Those are the quickest ways to diminish terrorism.

3. Were these our administration’s thoughts? No. Fucking clueless bastards. What else are they going to do in the next two years to make us less safe? Cheney even said that Dems who voted against Lieberman are "encouraging the Al Qaeda types." What are these dunderheads smoking? Cheney: a plop of pus in a pimple on a wart up a weasel's asshole.
