Bush appointment: Donald Rumsfeld as pope

"Donald Rumsfeld is a fine, decent, compassionate Christian," said President Bush. When reminded that the present Pope is still alive, and the new Pope is customarily chosen by a meeting of cardinals after the old Pope dies, the President said, "oh." Then he asked: "What if we invade the Vatican?"
